In order to innovate, we must first excavate and articulate. Sowe begin at the end, working within a framework, but thinking outside the box. Our holistic approach to understanding a company’s process leads us to ask lots of detailed questions about the firm, its products, users, points of sale, business components, plans, and strategies. Knowledge empowers design. Discovery is an absolute prerequisite to any project.
Deconstruct & Reconnect
At MLD, we co-create with our clients and push them to assess and challenge their business processes. The bridge between “what exists” and “what is desired” is the truth of “what is needed” to achieve goals. We help clients determine important next steps such as a web site, brand revision, product design, marketing strategy, or some other creative asset solution. As clients “connect” to their own touch points, they ultimately connect to what is cohesive, meaningful, efficient, and imminently strategic.
