Vital Findings is a brand new marketing research company. The company maybe new, but its founders have more than 20 years of experience in both quantitative and qualitative research with FORTUNE 100 accounts under their belt.

The challenge was not an external one, but rather an internal one, within their culture and brand building processes.

The first round of culture building was to process all written data created by client from extensive interviews, edit them, and externalize them into visuals that make sense to it’s market audience. We used colors and images to represent the company core culture; which is open empathy, partnership, innovative processes, play and actionable ideas.

Employees were asked to do a short write up about themselves, which were then used on their respective business cards to show individuality while engaging their clients in discovering cool fun facts about the person they are about to work with. After all it’s about co-discovery and insights.
